Day 1
We begin our adventure by leaving the village for a two-and-a-half-hour trek, accompanied by the gentle footsteps of camels that lead us through the desert. The camels gradually lead us until we reach the Bartam area, a historic stopping point for Bedouins, who have settled here for centuries.
Take your time to enjoy the stunning scenery and the tranquility that surrounds the place as the sun sets behind the sand dunes. You’ll have time to enjoy the magic of this magnificent sunset while our guides set up camp and prepare a traditional dinner.
In the evening, you’ll be invited to listen to Bedouin songs narrated by the locals. You can choose to sleep in a traditional tent or under a starry sky, for a magical experience in the middle of the desert.
Day 2
After a traditional breakfast, we continue our camel trek through the Draa Valley, where many camels are concentrated in this area, which is characterized by its abundant vegetation due to seasonal rainfall. This is an ideal place for camel gatherings, as the air is fresh and the trees provide shade.
We’ll stop here for lunch in the shade of the trees, where you can relax and enjoy the serenity of this remote location. Next, we’ll board a 4×4 vehicle that will take us to Erg Chiga, the tallest sand dunes in Morocco. These dunes stretch over 40 km and are among the largest in the Sahara Desert. Upon reaching the summit, you’ll be treated to a 360-degree panoramic view of the endless desert.
Day 3
On our final morning, we’ll board a 4×4 vehicle and head deeper into the desert, where we’ll drive for approximately 30 minutes to a remote oasis with a natural water source. This oasis is located in the middle of the desert, surrounded by tall palm trees, providing natural shade and refreshment in the desert heat.
We’ll have lunch in the shade of the palm trees, enjoying the beauty and tranquility of the place, before returning to the village by 4×4 vehicle, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking desert scenery on the way back
